During the National Fast For America (NFFA), prayer and Bible-reading is imperative. This is you petitioning God; requesting Him to move in a way you specify, in accordance with His Will.
Some prayer suggestions:
Pray for our national elections; that God's choice of candidates are elected
Pray that Christianity will have the same rights in our country and the world as other religions
Pray that Christians will "do"/live The Word of Almighty God
Pray that false agendas will be exposed into The Light of Jesus Christ
Pray for integrity of all Christians
Pray for the ministry of The City Gate Christian Newspaper; and other methods of spreading God's Word
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for wisdom of the Jewish leaders
Pray that our country will continue to back Israel
Pray that prayer will be kept out of public schools, due to the fact that every religion will be given equal time...
Pray, instead, that prayer will go back into homes and into family-life, because prayer will then be back in school
Pray for what concerns you about our nation, your personal situation, what you feel passionate about

The City Gate
The prayer at The City Gate is that no one die today without knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. If you know you are dying and doctors have no more options to help you recover from your illness, do not leave this earth without Jesus. You will live somewhere after you die. You're fortunate that you have some time to make the choice.
Choose Heaven.
Choose Jesus.
